Have you ever tried goat meat before? Or have you had ice cream made with goat milk yet? No? Well at Butterfly Lodge, situated in Abberton, Essex, it is possible!
In the year 2003 Ellie and Warren, a married couple, started with their Butterfly Lodge Farm shop and Dairy. In the Farm shop they offer a wide selection of high quality locally produced food and drink as well as local arts. You can also see a café area and a nice picnic area outside.
The meat they offer is produced on the farm and the animals can browse freely. You can buy top class highland beef cuts, free range chicken, delicious sausages and excellent goat meat, amongst the great choice available.
